1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Invoice Maker - Bill Generator ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Invoice Maker ("we," "us," or "our").

2 Description of Service

Invoice Maker - Bill Generator is a business productivity application that allows you to:

• Create and manage professional invoices and bills
• Track customer accounts and outstanding balances
• Record and manage payments received
• Maintain a product/service catalog
• Sync data across devices (when subscribed)
• Generate and share invoice images

The App offers both free and paid subscription tiers with different feature limits.

3 Account Registration

To access sync features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

One person or legal entity may maintain only one account. Sharing accounts with others is not permitted.

4 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the App for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
• Create fake invoices, bills, or financial documents to deceive
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated bots or scrapers against the service

5 Subscription & Payments

Free Tier: The free plan includes limited features. No credit card is required.

Paid Subscriptions: Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are displayed in the app and may change with 30 days' notice.

Refunds: We offer a 7-day refund policy for first-time paid subscriptions if you are unsatisfied. Contact support within 7 days of your first charge.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds.

6 Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Invoice Maker and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal or business use in accordance with these Terms.

Your business data (customers, invoices, products) remains yours. We claim no ownership over the data you create using the App.

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any loss of data due to device failure, accidental deletion, or service interruptions.

Important: Invoice Maker is not an accounting firm and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoice Maker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Business interruption
• Errors in invoice calculations

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months.

9 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases and we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes through the App or via email.

Continued use of the App after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
